Directions

  1. Spread all slices of bread with a layer of peanut butter. Spread 2 slices of bread with the slices of banana.
  2. Sprinkle with the coconut and pecans and lay 2 slices of bread with the buttered side down on top. Spread 2 other peanut butter sandwiches with sambal to taste.
  3. Cover this with slices of cucumber and some chicken breast. Put the last buttered sandwiches on top and halve all sandwiches. Eat immediately or take along in a lunchbox for lunch.
