Open sandwich with melted cheese and tomato
A tasty Dutch recipe. The lunch contains the following ingredients: butter, shallots (finely chopped), beef tomatoes (in small blocks), bread (Pain de Madeleine), mature cheese (grated), beer (lager), Zaanse mustard and cress.

Preheat the grill.

Heat butter in frying pan.

Fry the shallots for 3 min.

Diced cubes of tomato for 2 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast bread in toaster.

Mix in cheese, tomato mixture, lager and mustard.

Cut slices of bread onto baking tray and spread the cheese mixture over it.

Fold baking tray 10 cm under hot grill and let cheese melt in 2 min.

Cress cut above sandwiches.

Serve immediately..
