Stewed herb sauerkraut with sausages


A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potatoes (pommes scoop (bag 1 1/2 kg), cleaned up), Tuscan (sausages (beef, 270 g)), thin bacon strips (duobakje 250 g), onions (in parts), herb sauerkraut (500 g), cherry tomatoes ((250 g) and halved).

Directions

  1. Halve the potatoes.
  2. Put the sausages in a pan with cold water and bring the water to the boil.
  3. Remove the sausages from the pan and pat them dry.
  4. Boil the potatoes in the same water according to the instructions on the packaging, add some salt if necessary.
  5. Bake the bacon strips.
  6. Add the sausages and fry them around brown.
  7. Take the sausages out of the pan.
  8. Fry in the shortening the onion golden brown, scoop the herb sauerkraut and mix onion and sauerkraut together.
  9. Place the sausages on top, add the cherry tomatoes, put the lid on the pan and simmer for 15 minutes.
  10. Serve the herbs with the sausages and the potatoes..
