Italian tuna balls
A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, white bread (without crust), egg, tuna in oil ((a 185 g), drained), spaghetti, pasta (sauce with sundried tomatoes (350 g)), olive oil, vine tomatoes and arugula ( 175 g).

Crumble the bread and mix it with the egg through the tuna. Add pepper and salt. Shape balls of the size of a walnut.

Cook the spaghetti al dente according to the instructions on the package. In the meantime, heat the sauce according to the instructions on the packaging. Mix through the spaghetti.

In the meantime, heat 3 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry the tuna balls gently in 5 min. Around brown and done.

Cut the tomatoes into wedges. Sprinkle with 2 tbsp oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Put the arugula through it. Serve the spaghetti with the balls on it and the salad next to it.
