Stir fried beef strips with green beans and mushrooms

Heat the sunflower oil in the wok. Stir-fry the beef strips in the oil for 2 minutes and scoop them out of the wok.

Pour again 2 tablespoons of oil into the woks and add the sesame oil and garlic from the squeezer. Put the green beans and sambal in the wok and fry for about 5 minutes.

Then add the leeks and mushrooms, scoop all the vegetables well and pour the stock and soy sauce into the wok.

Bring the broth to the boil. Stir in the beef strips through the crispy vegetable mixture and serve immediately.

Serve cooked rice with this dish.
