Stir-fried green beans with ginger
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: green beans, red pepper (seed lists removed), sunflower oil, garlic (chopped) and fresh ginger (grated).

Remove the stalk and the tip of the green beans. Halve the beans and cook them for about 5 minutes. Cut the red pepper into thin strips.

Heat the oil in a stirring stir fry the red pepper, the garlic and the ginger 1 min. Add the green beans and stir-fry for another 2 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Tasty with meatballs with curry and onion and Indian potatoes.
