Stir-fried iceberg lettuce with chicken and lime rice
Heat the oil and fry the chicken for about 5 minutes at medium height. Add the oyster sauce, sesame oil and soy sauce and stir-fry for about 8 minutes until the chicken is tender.
Add the iceberg lettuce and fry for 3 minutes, until the salad has softened slightly. Meanwhile, cook the rice and mix the cooked rice with lime grater and juice.
Serve the chicken with iceberg lettuce and lime rice.
