Stir-fried roast beef with bok choy
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, Chinese egg, shallots (in parts), shii-takes (in slices), Shanghai paksoi (in strips), oil, roast beef steaks à la minute ((about 280 g), in pieces) , ginger-lime wok sauce (a 175 ml) and fresh coriander (a 15 g).

Prepare Mie according to instructions.

In the meantime stir-fry, shiitake and paksoi in half of oil for 2-3 minutes on a high heat stir-fry.

Add vegetables from wokkenscheppen and the remainder of the oil.
