Cut the onions into rings. Heat the oil in a stir-fry stir-fry the onion for 3 minutes.

Slice the garlic and add to the onion.

Add the spinach in parts to the onion and allow to shrink. Season with the nutmeg, lemon juice, pepper and salt. Serve immediately.
