Stir-fried steak in pepper sauce
A nice Chinese recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, zucchini, steak (approx. 180 g), sunflower oil, Thai vegetable mix (400 g), wok express black pepper stir-fries sauce (a 100 g), wok express medium egg noodles (a 2 x 150 g ), unsalted peanuts and prawn crackers (60 g).

Wash the courgette and cut into cubes.

Cut the steak into thin strips.

Heat in wok oil.

Stir-fry steak for about 2 minutes.

Add vegetable mix and zucchini and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Stir fry sauce and 4 tablespoons of water and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Add it and stir-fry for about 2 minutes.

Season with salt and pepper.

Sprinkle with peanuts.

Serve with krupuk..
