Stir fry of sea lavender, haricots verts and apple


Vegan side dish of haricots verts, apple, garlic, sea lavender with pine nuts from the wok.

Directions

  1. Clean the beans and cook them in 3 minutes until al dente. Rinse with cold water.
  2. Meanwhile, toast the pine nuts in a frying pan without butter or oil in 3 min. Golden brown.
  3. Wash the apple and cut uncut in quarters and remove the core. Cut the quarters into slices 0.5 cm.
  4. Drizzle with lemon juice to prevent browning. Finely chop the garlic.
  5. Heat the oil in the stir-fry stir-fry the garlic, haricots verts and the apple for 2 minutes. Add the seaweed and stir-fry for another 3 minutes.
  6. Season with pepper and salt. Sprinkle with pine nuts and serve immediately.
