A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, tiger prawns (frozen, 500 g), onions, stir-fry oil, sambal oelek, ground laos, Chinese stir-fry mix (400 g), stir-fry (with egg (250 g)) and sweet soy sauce.

Directions

  1. Thaw the tiger shrimp according to the instructions.
  2. Peel and chop onions.
  3. Heat 3 t of oil in woks.
  4. Flour the onion with sambal and laos.
  5. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  6. add 600 ml warm water and stir-fry until all the water has been absorbed.
  7. Heat residual oil in frying pan and fry shrimp for 3 minutes.
  8. Mix the misechotel with ketjapmarinadeen pepper and divide it over four plates.
  9. Create shrimps.
  10. Tasty with atjar or a cucumber salad..
