Directions

  1. Cook the peas. Cut open the sausages in the length, but do not cut them. Fill them with the cheese and wrap them with the bacon (if necessary, stick these at the ends with a cocktail stick).
  2. Heat the oven grill. Place the sausages side by side in an oven dish or on a baking sheet under the grill until the cheese has melted.
  3. Serve them with the potato salad sprinkled with spring onions and the peas sprinkled with mint.
