Fast hachee with red cabbage
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, red cabbage, apple (diced), hacheekruiden (10 g), oil, beef strips natural, all-tie, shallots (shredded), red wine and puree a la minute naturel.

Fry cabbage, apple and 2 tsp.

Hache herbs in a little water, cover for approx.

10 min.

Heat oil and fry strips for 2 minutes in a wok or frying pan.

Add the shallots and fry for 2 minutes.

Add wine and the rest of the hache herbs, heat the dish for another 3 minutes.

Prepare puree according to the instructions for use with boiling water.

Stir in the cabbage and hachee with all-tie and let it simmer for 1 minute.

Season with pepper and salt.

Distribute the puree over four plates, create coal and stink next to it..
