Burger à la pizzaiola


A tasty Italian recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, ciabatta (bake bread), fresh basil ((15 g), only the leaves), mayonnaise, hamburgers (a la minute), mozzarella ((cheese, 125 g) in slices), vine tomatoes ( in slices), arugula (lettuce, 75 g) and Taggia olives (sun-ripened (a 180 g)).

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Bake the bread according to the instructions on the package. Puree the basil and mayonnaise with the hand blender. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the grill pan or light the barbecue and grill 4 hamburgers in 3 minutes. Turn halfway. Put them covered on a plate to keep them warm. Grill the rest of the burgers in 3 min. Until done. Cover 4 hamburgers with a slice of mozzarella and 2 slices of tomato. Cover with a hamburger. Grill the double burgers for another 2 minutes. Turn carefully after 1 min.
  3. Cut the bread into 4 equal pieces and cut half way along. Cover the bottom halves with arugula, double hamburgers, 2 tbsp basil mousse and 2 tbsp olives. Cover with the top halves of the bread.
  4. Mix the rest of the mozzarella, tomatoes, arugula and olives into a salad. Dilute the rest of the basil mousse with 2 tbsp water and drizzle with the salad.
