A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, ribs, mushrooms (sliced), ready-to-cook potatoes (700 g), salad mix (200 g), red wine vinegar, firm hand pear (peeled and sliced) and peeled walnuts (in pieces ).

Directions

  1. Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and brown the chops on high heat on both sides.
  2. Add the mushrooms, turn down the heat and fry the pork chops and the mushrooms in 5 minutes per side until done.
  3. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Meanwhile, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes according to the instructions on the package.
  5. Remove the pan from the heat and mix the lettuce, melange, wine vinegar, salt and pepper to taste with the potatoes.
  6. Spread the lukewarm salad over the plates and garnish with the slices of pear and walnut.
  7. Place the pork chop with the mushrooms on the plates and serve immediately, so that the lettuce remains crispy..
