Cod with crayfish and asparagus tips
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: fish, lemons, fresh cod fillet and fresh crayfish.
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Clean the lemon and squeeze the fruit.
Rub the cod fillet with pepper, salt and a little bit of lemon juice and the oil.
Halve the asparagus tips. Place the fish in the oven dish and place the asparagus on it. Pour 2 tablespoons of water into the dish and cover the dish with aluminum foil.
Place the dish on the grill in the middle of the oven and let the fish cook for about 25 minutes.
In the meantime, whisk together the rest of the oil and 1 tbsp lemon juice with pepper and salt, if desired, into a dressing.
Cut the chives coarsely. Spoon the chives and crayfish through the dressing.
Remove the fish from the oven and let the dish stand for a while. Pour the liquid from the dish into the dressing and beat everything well.
Spoon the dressing with the crayfish over the fish. Tasty with cooked potatoes and a salad with tomato.
