Stobá (caribbean casserole) from ans tree
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, tomatoes (skinned), sunflower oil, ribs (diced), onion (chopped), garlic (in slices), red pepper (in strips), beef broth tablet, nutmeg, red pepper (chopped), potatoes (diced) and winter carrot (in cubes).

Unfreeze the tomatoes by cutting them crosswise, pouring boiling water over them and letting them stand for a while, so that you can easily pull off the skin.

Then cut the tomato into pieces.

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the beef.

Remove the meat from the pan and fry the onion and the garlic until golden brown.

Put the meat back in the pan, add the tomato and the paprika and pour a little warm water.

Crumble the bouillon cube and stir it through the casserole with the nutmeg and the red pepper.

Let it simmer on a low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours.

Leave the potato and winter carrots for the last half hour.

Delicious with slices of cooked semolina..
