Strawberries in dessert wine
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: strawberries, minted (a 15 g), icing sugar and dessert wine (for example Muscat de Lunel).

Wash strawberries, remove crowns. Halve strawberries, cut large ones into quarters. From fresh mint 8 keep nice leaves, the rest of leaves chop very finely. In a bowl mix strawberries with fresh mint and powdered sugar. Add the dessert wine over it and carefully spoon it over. Cover and marinate strawberries for at least 1 hour; occasionally shovel.

Take strawberries from the marinade and drain them in a sieve. Place strawberries on eight dessert plates. Garnish with trailing leaves of mint.
