Strawberries in wine
A tasty recipe. The dessert contains the following ingredients: granulated sugar, sparkling white wine (prosecco, a 0.75 liter), strawberries (a 500 g), whipped cream (250 ml), powdered sugar, mint ((15 g) and only the leaves).

Put the granulated sugar in a saucepan and add half of the prosecco. Bring to the boil and then reduce to low heat for about 6 minutes until the mixture is syrupy. Stir in the rest of the prosecco.

Meanwhile, clean the strawberries. Pour the prosecco syrup over the strawberries and marinate for 30 minutes.

Beat the whipped cream with the icing sugar. Cut the mint leaves into strips just before serving and add to the strawberries. Divide the strawberries with some marinade over 8 nice glasses and serve with the whipped cream.
