Divide the strawberries over glasses or bowls.

Heat the honey with rosemary and clove without cooking (this can also be done in the microwave at 400 watts, 2 minutes).

Remove the clove.

Mix in the rosé and pour the honey-rosemary syrup over the strawberries.
