Remove the crowns from the strawberries. Squeeze out the orange.

Put the strawberries, cranberries and orange juice in a thick-bottomed pan and cook for 15 minutes on medium heat. Stir frequently.

Add the sugar and leave stirring while stirring. Cook the jam for another 15 minutes on low heat. Let cool for 10 minutes and put in the pot.

Fill this to the edge. Immediately close and allow to cool down in reverse.
