Homemade strawberry jam
Wipe the strawberries with moist kitchen paper. Loosen the crowns and remove the hard core with a sharp knife.
Sprinkle the strawberries with the sugar. Cover and leave 1 night outside the fridge.
Squeeze out the lemon. Bring the strawberries with the lemon juice to the boil in a pan with a thick bottom.
Leave on low heat for 25-30 minutes while stirring until the jam reaches 105 ° C. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.
Fill the pots to the edge. Immediately close and allow to cool down in reverse.
Hang on each pot a card with name, month and year. Bon appétit! .
