Heat the oil in a large frying pan and fry the potatoes in 10-12 min. Golden brown on medium heat.

Meanwhile, cut the peppers into strips and chop the onion.

Heat the rest of the oil in a wok or skillet and fry the meat for 3 minutes.

Add the onion and paprika and cook for 3 minutes.

Add the tomato puree and cook for 1 min. Pour in the whipped cream and simmer for 2 minutes on high heat.

Serve the stroganoff with the potato wedges.
