A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, olive oil, ground beef (about 250 g), Mexican stir-fry vegetables (freezer 450 g), kidney beans (a 400 g), Mexican herbs (pot), tortilla chips natural (150 g) and ground cheese (bag of 150 g).

Directions

  1. Preheat the grill to the highest setting.
  2. Heat oil in frying pan.
  3. Chop minced in approx.
  4. 3 minutes.
  5. Add stir-fry vegetables and fry approx.
  6. 3 minutes.
  7. Let kidney beans drain and add.
  8. Approx.
  9. 5 minutes co-heating.
  10. Season with Mexican herbs, salt and pepper.
  11. Repeat mixture in baking dish.
  12. Divide chips about it.
  13. Chips sprinkle with cheese and turn golden brown under grill.
  14. Tasty with green salad..
