Stroganoff schnitzel with bean salad
Natural pork schnitzel with bag of stroganoff (Hela) sauce sauce, green beans, basmati rice and salad dressing yogurt

Remove the stalk and the tips of the green beans and boil the beans in water with salt in 6 min. Until al dente.

Heat the oil in a frying pan. Sprinkle the schnitzel with pepper and salt and fry the meat in 8 minutes brown and done. Times regularly.

In the meantime, heat the stroganoff sauce according to the instructions on the packaging.

Heat the rice in the microwave according to the instructions on the package.

Rinse the green beans under cold running water. Drain.

Chop the shallot. Mix the shallot with the beans and dressing.

Deposit the rice on 1 plate. Put the schnitzel in there. Spoon the stroganoff sauce over the schnitzel and serve with the bean salad.
