Let the dough thaw.

Preheat the oven to 200 ºC.

Boil the eggs in 8 min., Rinse under cold water.

Cut the chicken fillets deep on one side so that a cavity is formed. Fill the cavity with cream cheese and sprinkle the chicken breast with salt and pepper.

Roll out the slices of dough and put the chicken breasts in the middle of it.

Beat the remaining egg and spread the dough borders with a portion of it. Fold the dough around and press the seams tightly.

Grease the baking tray. Place the packages with the seam down on the baking sheet and brush with the rest of the beaten egg.

Bake in the middle of the oven in 20-25 minutes until golden brown and done.

Cut the cooked eggs coarsely and scoop through the salad dressing. Season with salt and pepper.

Tear the lettuce in large pieces. Cut the tomato into coarse pieces.

In a salad bowl, carefully mix the lettuce, tomato and salad dressing. Serve the lettuce separately with the chicken packages.
