Stuffed chicken with paprika and rice
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: poultry, onions, white rice (bag 1 kg), butter, oil, chicken breast (with ham and cheese), red pepper (chopped), green pepper (chopped), winter carrot ((bag 1 kg) and in slices).

Chop the onion and fry the rice and half of the onion in the butter, stirring for 3 minutes. Add 600 ml of water and bring it to the boil while stirring. Add salt and pepper to taste and cook the rice, covered and on low heat, until about 10 minutes until the rice has absorbed all the moisture. Let the rice stand for another 10 minutes from the fire.

Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken breasts around brown. Remove them from the pan. Spoon the rest of the onion with the peppers and the winter carrot in the pan and stir-fry 3 minutes. Add 150 ml of water, bring it to the boil while stirring, replace the chicken fillets and fry the vegetables and chicken for 20 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Halve the chicken breasts, spread them over the plates and serve them with the vegetables and the rice.
