Stuffed endive leaves
A tasty recipe. The vegetarian side dish contains the following ingredients: white raisins, couscous (pack a 400 g), endive, lemon (squeezed), olive oil and tomatoes (in small cubes).

Let the raisins swell in warm water.

Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.

Get 4 nice whole leaves of the endive and she was good.

Cut half of the rest of the endive into fine strips and wash well.

Season the couscous with the lemon juice, olive oil and salt and (freshly ground) pepper.

Allow to cool down.

Stir in the strips of endive, raisins and tomato through the couscous.
