Ingredients
Directions
-
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
-
Clean the potatoes and wrap them in aluminum foil. Puff them in the oven for about 1 hour until done.
-
Check whether they are cooked by inserting them with a paring knife. If the knife slides easily through the crumb, the potato is cooked.
-
Cut the spring onion into rings. Remove the foil, cut open the top of the potato and pull the potato halves slightly apart.
-
Sprinkle with salt and spoon 1 tbsp sour cream in each potato. Divide the spring onions and sprinkle with (freshly ground) pepper.
