Sturdy endive stew
A tasty Dutch recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, crumbled potatoes, pork strips (natural, approx. 400 g), sunflower oil, garlic, tomato puree (70 g), milk, sliced endive (400 g) and sour cream (125 ml).

Peel potatoes, cut into four pieces, wash and cook until about 20 minutes.

Meanwhile, sprinkle meat with salt and pepper.

Heat oil in frying pan and bake brown in approx.

4 minutes.

Peel garlic and press over meat.

Add tomato puree and 2 dl of water and simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.

Drain potatoes and crush with milk.

Mix raw endive and sour cream.

Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve stew with pork and sauce..
