A tasty Dutch recipe. The vegetarian breakfast contains the following ingredients: butter, milk, bread mix white (500 g), salt, cinnamon powder, egg yolks, granulated sugar, white sugar candy (fine) and butter to grease.

Melt butter in pan (or microwave) and allow to cool slightly.

In a bowl mix bread, salt, butter, cinnamon powder, milk and egg yolks and knead into smooth dough on a worktop for about 10 minutes.

Cover with plastic wrap and let dough rise for approx.

Knead dough well again and cover for approx.

30 minutes.

Mold thick grease and sprinkle the inside with granulated sugar.

Roll out the dough into a 24 cm wide sheet.

Sprinkle candy sugar over it and roll up dough.
