Summer fruit vanilla smoothie
Smoothie of summer fruit, vanilla yoghurt and cinnamon.

Allow the summer fruit to thaw slightly for 10 minutes at room temperature. Leave 12 pieces of fruit for garnishing.

Puree the vanilla yoghurt with the rest of the fruit and cinnamon for 15 seconds. with the hand blender or in the food processor.

Then leave it for 15 seconds. rest and mix in 1 min. frothy.

Divide the smoothie over glasses and garnish with the retained fruit and the cinnamon sticks.
