Pita bread with scrambled eggs and prawns
A tasty recipe. The breakfast contains the following ingredients: fish, eggs, whipped cream (or milk), butter, spring onions (in rings), Dutch shrimps, shoarma breads (pack of 8) and cress.

Whisk eggs with whipped cream and salt and pepper to taste.

Grease butter in frying pan with a thick bottom.

Pour egg mixture into pan and heat with a wooden spatula while stirring at low heat, until egg begins to solidify.

Cut in onions and shrimps and cook for 1-2 minutes until scrambled eggs are reasonably firm, but still shine.

Meanwhile, roast sandwiches in toaster.

Cut garden cress.

Halve rolls and push something open.

Cut three-quarters of cress over half rolls and create scrambled eggs.
