Beat the egg together with the milk and cinnamon in a deep plate. Roll the slices of Christmas bread through the egg mixture.

Heat half of the butter in a frying pan. Bake 2 slices in 3 min. Golden brown. Turn halfway. Repeat this step for the rest of the slices.

Sprinkle the French toast with the icing sugar.
