Preheat the oven to 180ºC.

Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a piece of approximately 3 mm thick. Put out stars, place them on the baking sheet and brush with a little water.

Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and sprinkle the stars with it. Bake the cookies in the oven in 15-17 minutes until golden brown.

Allow to cool and scoop them from the baking tray. Pollinate the stars with powdered sugar.
