Summer bean salad with ham
A tasty recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, potato (wedges (600 g, frozen)), broken green beans (500 g), red onion (finely chopped), ham (strips (200 g)), extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar (bottle 500) ml) and arugula (75 g).
Prepare the potato wedges according to the instructions on the package. Cook the green beans in 4-5 minutes until al dente. Drain the beans and rinse them cold under running water.
Mix the green beans with the onion, the bone ham, the oil and the vinegar in a bowl. Spoon the arugula and season with salt and pepper.
Divide the bean salad over 4 plates and add the potato wedges.
