Directions

  1. Put the fruit in a bowl and add the port, the pomegranate juice, the cinnamon stick and the 6 tablespoons of brown sugar.
  2. Let the fruit marinate for at least 2 hours.
  3. Remove the cinnamon stick and put the fruit in a colander.
  4. Catch the juice and serve it in a liqueur glass for dessert.
  5. Fill the dishes with the fruit as soon as it is drained sufficiently.
  6. Stir in the butter, the flour, the brown sugar, the granulated sugar, the vanilla pod, some salt and the chicken spices.
  7. Divide this over 4 dishes.
  8. Make sure that the barbecue is about 190 degrees Celsius.
  9. Place the dishes for 30 minutes next to the hot coals on the barbecue with the lid on.
  10. Open the air supply valves.
