Summer shrimps
A tasty recipe. The side dish contains the following ingredients: fish, olive oil, garlic, fresh ginger ((bag 150 g), peeled), red peppers, king prawns ((500 g, frozen), thawed), sesame oil (bottle 250 ml) and lime (in parts).

Put the olive oil in a measuring cup and add the garlic. Cut the ginger into pieces and add. Cut the stalk of the red pepper. Halve the pepper in the length and remove the seed lists with a sharp knife. Cut into pieces and add to the oil. Puree with the hand blender.

Put the shrimp in a bowl and drizzle with the sesame oil and the fish sauce. Pour the seasoned oil over and mix.

Heat a wok. Stir-fry the prawns with sesame oil, fish sauce and seasoned oil for about 5 minutes until pink and cooked. Allow the shrimp to cool in the oil. Serve lukewarm or cold with the lime wedges.
