Summer stew with meatballs
Stew of courgette, bell pepper, tomato, puree and onion with beef balls.
Cut the onion into small parts, the sweet pepper and the zucchini in half slices.
Heat the oil in a frying pan and bake the beef balls around brown. Add the onion and brown it.
Spoon the peppers, zucchini and tomato cubes with liquid and bring to the boil while stirring. Add some (warm) water if the sauce is too thick.
Cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat the mashed potatoes according to the instructions on the package. Serve the summer stew with the mashed potatoes.
