Sunny maize burgers with cucumber salad
A nice mexican recipe. The main course contains the following ingredients: meat, corn kernels ((a 300 g), drained), white wheat flour (bag 1 kilo), eggs, cervelat sausage (in strips), garlic (pressed), onion (chopped), cucumbers, gherkins sweet and sour (pot 680 g) and extra virgin olive oil (bottle 1 liter).
Puree the contents of 1 can of corn kernels in the food processor with the flour and the eggs.
Put the mixture in a bowl and scoop the other can of corn kernels, the cervelat sausage, the garlic and half of the onion, season with salt and pepper.
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a frying pan.
Add 1 scoop of the mixture to the pan each time and fry until golden brown in 5 minutes, turning halfway.
6-8 citizens can be baked at the same time.

Cut the cucumber and pickle into cubes.
Beat a dressing of 1 tablespoon of gherkin juice with 2 tablespoons of oil and season with salt and pepper.
