Directions

  1. Heat half the butter in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon until crispy brown.
  2. Place the slices of bacon on a plate and keep them warm under aluminum foil.
  3. Cut the potatoes into cubes, scoop them through the shortening and fry until golden brown in 4-6 minutes.
  4. Sprinkle some cayenne pepper and salt.
  5. Heat the rest of the butter in another frying pan and gently break the eggs, leaving the yolk whole.
  6. Fry the eggs on a low heat so that the white only solidifies and does not turn brown.
  7. Put the potatoes on plates and put the fried eggs and slices of bacon on them.
