Preheat the oven to 170ºC. Mix the oatmeal with the sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds, cinnamon, honey and sunflower oil.

Make sure that all oat flakes are covered with honey and oil. Spread the mixture over the baking sheet and bake in the oven in about 15 minutes until golden brown.

Spoon the granola halfway through the baking time. Remove from the oven and allow to cool completely.

In the meantime, remove the peel of the oranges and cut the oranges into pieces. Puree 200 ml yoghurt with the forest fruits and vanilla sugar.

Sift the yogurt possibly to remove the seeds from the fruit. Divide the remaining yogurt over 4 bowls.

Pour the fruit yogurt in a circle over the natural yogurt and make 2-3 swirls with a satépicker for a marbled effect. Spoon the granola in the middle of the bowls and place the orange wedges.
