Ingredients
- 600 ml blood orange juice
- 100 ml cranberry drink
- 6 fresh strawberry
- 1 Conference pear
- 1.350 ml unsweetened apple juice
- 1 mespoint cinnamon powder
- 200 ml Vifit drinking yoghurt natural
- 500 ml red grape juice
- 8 seedless grapes bak à 500 g
- 4 twig fresh fresh mint
- 2 el liquid honey
- 2 el lime juice

Energy smoothie: Put the orange juice, cranberry juice and strawberries in the blender and mix into a frothy drink.

Christmas classic: Peel the pear and remove the core, do with the apple juice and cinnamon in the blender and mix into a frothy drink.

Wake-up smoothie: Mix the drinking yoghurt with the red grape juice in the blender. Serve with a long skewer with seedless grapes. Garnish with mint.

Children's favorite: Mix the apple juice with the honey and the lime juice in the blender to a frothy drink.
