Cut the vanilla pod open lengthwise and scrape out the marrow with a knife tip. Cut the baguette into 8 slanted pieces of approx. 3 cm thick.

Beat the eggs, milk and vanilla juice in a deep plate. Roll the pieces of bread through.

Peel the bananas, cut into long slanted slices.

Heat the butter in a large frying pan and fry the banana in 3 min. Brown. Remove from the pan and keep warm on a covered plate.

Heat the rest of the butter and fry the pieces of bread until golden brown. Times regularly.

Divide the French toast over the plates, spoon the banana on it and garnish with the apple juice. Bon appétit! .
