Mix the buckwheat, oatmeal, sesame seeds, cinnamon and salt.

Add the milk and honey and stir until the honey is dissolved.

Spread over the jam jars and put the lids on. Put in the refrigerator for 1 night.

Stir in the dish the next morning.

Cut the persimmon into pieces and spread over the pots. Sprinkle with the coconut chips.
