Directions

  1. Heat the grill pan without oil or butter and grill the sausages in approx. 6 min. Until done. Times regularly.
  2. Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into quarters. Remove the seeds and cut the flesh into pieces of 1 x 1 cm (brunoise).
  3. Cut the neck gowns in thin slices lengthwise.
  4. Remove the sausages from the pan and keep them warm on a plate under aluminum foil.
  5. Heat the oil in two frying pans and fry 4 fried eggs. Cut the bread almost completely through the length.
  6. Place the rolls with the cutting edges upwards on a plate and brush with the ketchup and mayonnaise.
  7. Divide the lettuce, tomato, pickle, cheese and sausage over the rolls. Cover with a fried egg.
