Cut the cucumber into pieces. Cut the fennel tubers and apples into pieces. Remove the tomatoes from the branch.

Put a can under the juicer. Push the cucumber and parsley through the juicer.

Then push the tomatoes, fennel and apple one by one. Add the tabasco and stir. Pour the juice into 4 glasses.
