Sunny side up eggs - fried eggs with baked potatoes

Heat half the butter in a frying pan and fry the slices of bacon until crispy brown.

Place the slices of bacon on a plate and keep them warm under aluminum foil.

Cut the potatoes into cubes, scoop them through the shortening and fry until golden brown in 4-6 minutes.

Sprinkle some cayenne pepper and salt.

Heat the rest of the butter in another frying pan and gently break the eggs, leaving the yolk whole.

Fry the eggs on a low heat so that the white only solidifies and does not turn brown.

Put the potatoes on plates and put the fried eggs and slices of bacon on them.
