Directions

  1. Peel and halve the lemons and remove the seeds.
  2. Cut the avocados half in half, remove the kernel and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  3. Put the lemons and avocado flesh into the blender or food processor and add the dates and cinnamon powder. Mix to a smooth mass.
  4. Spoon the smoothie into small glasses and sprinkle some cacao ribs.
